Background
Our busy urban lifestyle choices take a toll on our mental and physical health. Increased awareness and slight modifications through informed choices can go a long way in improving our holistic wellbeing. The outbreak of the novel coronavirus Covid-19 pandemic brought human beings across the world together. We were all forced to slow down, reflect and reconsider our choices. Paused modern amenities and distant luxurious distractions forced us to face our truth. A large number of us also had time to reconnect with our food. And focus on our wellbeing. Food For Thought aims to address just that.
